  • Of course they are not responsible. They exercised reasonble caution and monitored the activities. We cannot watch what kids do every second - nor should we. If I am on the jury - no way this guys is found gulity.

  • the dude served 30 years for attempted murder - and he was never convicted of the crime. If his docs think he is OK to leave the hospital extended visits - who are we to question? It seems to me like the Feds are just trying to be punative.

  • We can never go back to using only "amateurs". Many countries (China, Russia and others) have teams of supposed amateurs that were all supported by their governments - i.e. the Soviet hockey team that were all in the "Army".
